Services that have been fully delivered and accepted by the client are non-refundable. This includes completed website designs, delivered marketing strategies, and finalized branding projects.
If you wish to cancel a project, you must do so before any significant work has been completed. Cancellations after the initiation of project work may incur charges based on the amount of work already performed.
